Hailing from London, Kid Circus is usually to be found spinning electro, house and breaks around the capitals clubs - a man who surfaces for brief periods to fire up the dancefloor before disappearing into the night. Stepping out of his usual guise and into that of his alter ego Coolhurst, here he lays down a couple of funky numbers to entice the sun from behind the grey clouds. “Mamas” is a Latin infused slinker, which will worm its way into your head after only a couple of listens.

Over on the B side, “Taller Than The Line” ups the tempo just a little bit for a deep and funky groover, perfect for warming up your dancefloor. With more in the pipeline from Coolhust, we dare say you’ll be hearing a lot more from him!
